Rates: [2 day minimum stay] 

1-2 nights                     $149/night

3-5 nights                     $122/night

6-25 nights                   $ 95/night

26 nights or longer     $75/night

Policies: 

• We will be happy to accommodate a child for free and can provide a cot or folding bed in the living room.
• There is no smoking within the apartment.  Smoking is permitted only outside the house.
• Check-in time is between 3:00 and 6:00 pm, unless other arrangements have been made.  Check out is 11:00 am.
• We’re open year-round.  We require a two-night minimum stay.
• Since a family member lives in the first floor of this home, we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone whose behavior is not respectful of our family, neighbors, or our property.
• We are sorry, but we are unable to accommodate pets in the apartment.

Refund Policy: 

Deposits are fully refundable for cancellations made more than 30 days in advance of intended arrival.  If you notify us of your need to cancel more than 14 days ahead, we will credit your deposit toward another stay within six months of your original reservation or we will refund half of your deposit.  If you cancel within 14 days of your intended visit, you will forfeit your entire deposit unless we are able to rebook the dates to other guests.
