The apartment is in a newly renovated (2004) home originally built in the mid-1800’s.  Amenities include: a private entrance, a furnished kitchen with dishwasher, stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffeemaker, dished, utensils and cookware, a queen sized bed, bedding and towels, TV/DVD/VCR, washer/dryer, tub/shower combination, telephone, cable, and a bird’s-eye view of one of the oldest oak trees in the area.  All utilities are included in short term rentals. 

There is off-street parking adjacent to the main entrance.
